Qualification and Requirements:

  • Experience in the real estate or finance industry is highly preferred
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in the related field

4. Pupil/Chambering

  • Candidates are expected to have good academic qualifications and have demonstrated an ability to work as a team player. Personalised training will be provided coupled with a competitive allowance. Candidates will be exposed to both conveyancing and litigation matters. 

5. Conveyancing Clerk

  • To prepare legal documents relating to Corporate Banking, Subsales, Loan Documents etc.
  • At least 4 years working experience
  • Able to handle sale & purchase agreement and loan documents from beginning to end independently
