We are seeking a talented and motivated Legal Assistant to join our team and support our attorneys in delivering high-quality legal representation to our diverse clientele.

Job Description:

  • Assist attorneys in managing and organizing case files and documents across various practice areas
  • Ensure all case-related documents are accurately filed and maintained both physically and electronically
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing case updates
  • Communicate professionally and courteously with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal matters
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical standards of the legal profession
  • Collaborate effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and other support staff to ensure seamless workflow and client service

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in law and must be admitted to the Bar
  • Candidate with or without experience is acceptable
  • Candidate must possess a good attitude, self-motivated, responsible, willing to learn, able to work as a team and independently with minimal supervision
  • Candidate must be able to communicate with clients, witnesses, court personnel and other professionals
  • Candidate must possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment

Job Description:

  1. Conveyancing Lawyer (Junior) (Kluang & Johor Bahru)
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • To attend to clients and other legal works assigned by the firm from time to time
  • Must be efficient, able to work under pressure and meet deadline
  • Good research, drafting and opinion-writing skills
  • A good team player and able to work well with the team

2. Litigation Lawyer (Junior) (Muar/Batu Pahat)

Able to handle all litigation matters

Able to attend to court matters independently, skilled in drafting, preparing cause papers and well known with e-filing. To be able to attend to clients and other legal works assigned by the firm frm time to time.

Must be efficient, able to work under pressure and meet deadline.

A good team player and able to work well with the team.

2. Conveyancing Clerk & Litigation Clerk (Muar & Johor Bahru)

  • Process minimum 1-year experience in handling SPA and loan documentations (project and / or sub sale matters) – Conveyancing
  • Process minimum 1-year experience in preparing documentation and able to assist lawyers to prepare and handle litigation matters – Litigation
  • Good time management, responsible, meticulous and good attitude
  • Able to work independently 
  • A good team player and able to work well with the team

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Highly responsible, reliable, honest & independent, honest and meticulous
  • Possess good communication skills, good work discipline & analytical skills
  • Resourceful with good initiative and mindful of turnaround time for work completion
  • Ability to work independently and those with work experience advantageous
