Job Description:
- Junior/Senior Conveyancing Clerk (Full time)
- Handle various conveyancing matters, including sub sale transactions, developer’s project, perfection of transfer, perfection of charge, refinancing matters, and other related conveyancing work
- Prepare and manage conveyancing documents relating to the file, banking, developers and relevant authorities
- Liaise with clients, bankers, developers, and government bodies
- Monitor file progress and ensure timelines and deadlines are met
- Maintain proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping
- Provide status reports
- Carry out other general/administrative/clerical matters as may be assigned by the firm
Qualifications & Requirements:
- At least SPM/STPM or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in conveyancing practice
- Experienced in property transactions, sub sale work, developer’s project, banking and loan documents, perfection of charge, refinancing matters, and other related conveyancing work
- Familiar with banking and developer documentation, government authority procedures and timelines
- Familiar with e-stamping, e-searches and banks portal
- Good team player, responsible, disciplined, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines
- Meticulous and committed to producing accurate work
- Fast learner, willing to learn
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and files efficiently with minimum supervision
- Good time management and able to deliver work within deadlines
- Possess good interpersonal skills and good working attitude
- Good verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to read and write in Chinese language is an advantage

2. Junior/Senior Account Clerk (Full time)
- Oversee accounting matters
- Manage the firm’s daily accounting operations, including official receipts, payment vouchers, petty cash transactions and other accounting matters
- Perform past and current monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date
- Data entry into the firm’s accounting system
- Prepare, verify, and submit SST returns and e-invoices in compliance with the relevant statutory requirements
- Process monthly payroll accurately, including the calculation and submission of statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB
- Maintain proper accounting records, supporting documents and financial reports
- Assist int the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors and tax agents to facilitate audit and tax compliance, SST preparation and submission
- Any other accounting and administration task as may be assigned by the firm
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
- At least 3-5 years relevant working experience in an accounting role
- Proficient in accounting principles and familiar with accounting software (including Autocount)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially MS Excel
- High attention to numerical accuracy, detail, and strict adherence to data confidentiality
- Experience in handling accounting matters for a legal practice will be an added advantage
- Good understanding of payroll administration and statutory compliance, including EPF, Socso, EIS, PCB, SST, and e-invoicing requirements
- Well-organised, meticulous, and able to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Good team player, responsible, disciplined, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines
- Able to work independently and in a team with minimal supervision, prioritise tasks effectively, and meet reporting deadlines
- Good time management and able to deliver work within deadlines
- Possess good interpersonal skills and good working attitude
