We are writing to invite member of Johore Bar to participate in an important survey on the current practices and implementation of the Pejabat Tanah dan Galian Johor (PTG) and Pejabat Tanah Daerah (PTDs) across the State of Johor.
The objective of this survey is to gather practical insights from legal practitioners on the following key areas:
a. Efficiency and effectiveness of current land-related procedures at PTG and PTDs;
b. Common issues and challenges faced in land dealings, applications, approvals, and registrations:
i. Implementation gaps (if any) in policies, digital systems and standard operating procedures;
ii. Recommendations for improvements to facilitate smoother conveyancing and land law practice in Johor.
Your participation as an experienced practitioner would be highly valuable in providing grounded, real-world feedback that can help identify best practices and areas for reform.
