Further to Circular No. 53/2026 dated 3rd August 2026, the Johore Bar wishes to inform Members that we have received the lists of civil cases transferred between the respective Civil Sessions Courts in Johor Bahru on at 7th August 2026, as set out in the attached schedules.
List A – Cases transferred from all Johor Bahru Civil Sessions Courts to Johor Bahru Civil Sessions Court 5; and
List B – Cases transferred from Johor Bahru Civil Sessions Court (5) to all Johor Bahru Civil Sessions Courts.
Members requiring further information or clarification may contact the respective Court Interpreter or the Registrar of the Civil Sessions Courts directly.
