We have been informed by the Pengarah that, commencing from 01.08.2026, there will be a change in the management of civil cases before the Sessions Courts in Johor Bahru. Please refer to the Court’s letter dated 17.07.2026 received on 02.08.2026 attached herewith – https://bit.ly/3RGptT9.
All civil cases registered in 2025 and 2026 will be transferred in stages, while cases with continued trial status will continue to be heard before the respective sessions court judges.
