Stress at work can limit our effectiveness and most of all be damaging to our mental and health well – being. Why not take some time off and join us in some therapeutic activity.
We, the Johore Bar Building, House, Library and Member’s Welfare Sub – Committee will be organizing a Yoga session at Level 1, Abdullah A. Rahman Auditorium.
This is an introductory session that offers one – hour of breathing and simple exercise routine to help you de – stress and relax your body. This event is open to all genders; no yoga mat will be required and you will remain seated in your place.
This session will be Free for all and Limited to only 40 members, so please make a booking fast.

Comfortable exercise attire: T – shirt, exercise leggings / jogger pants. No shorts allowed.
What to take note of!
- Can have heavy meal 3 hours before the event
- Light meal 2 – 1 hours before the event
About the instructor:
Ms Yong aka Tane began her practice of yoga in 2002 and became certified to teach yoga in 2005. To enhance her practice, she has visited India several times and she strongly believes that yoga makes the mind – body connection. She conducts customized corporate classes during her available time.
