The Continuing Professional Development Sub-Committee of the Johore Bar in collaboration with the Prison Department of Malaysia is organising a SEMINAR ON PEMANTAPAN PERLAKSANAAN HUKUMAN ALTERNATIF PERINTAH KEHADIRAN WAJIB (AKTA KEHADIRAN WAJIB PESALAH-PESALAH 1954)
The Seminar is ideal for Criminal Law practitioners, members of Yayasan Bantuan Guaman Kebangsaan (“YBGK”) and pupils in chambers.
