Our earlier Circular No. 28/2022 here on the above matter refers. As stated therein the Committee had vide letter dated 21.6.2022 to PTG reiterated our objection to Enclosure B11 (in particular the “Surat Akuan”) on grounds amongst others, that lawyers or law firms cannot be asked to vouch for genuineness or accept responsibility over documents
Referring to the Bar Council Circular No 159/2022 dated 08.06.2022, it has been confirmed that the Inter-State Bar Games will be held in Selangor from 29th to 30th July 2022. We intend to send teams from Johor to participate in the following games. Members and pupils-in-chambers who are interested to take part in the games
