By JBC Circular No. 46/2021, members were informed of JBC’s efforts in seeking assistance from the authorities concerned in accelerating vaccine delivery to members.
As a result of our constant follow up, Jabatan Kesihatan Negeri Johor reverted requesting JBC to submit the requisite information to them to enable them to act on our request.
To assist JBC in expediting submission of the required informed, members and pupils are urged to fill up the form at to provide the necessary required details by 5th July 2021, 4:00 pm.
Members and Pupils will be updated further as and when we receive additional information.
