Pejabat Tanah and Galian Johor (PTG Johor) notified Johore Bar Committee (JBC) this evening that the google link system for application for appointments for dealings shall resume on Thursday 9th September 2021 and ONLY accessible on that day from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. The maximum limit of appointments is 15 folders per firm. Those firms which are successful in their applications shall be given appointments on 12th, 14th and 15th September 2021. Whereas for non-dealings and QTFT transactions, the google link system will be accessible on Saturday to Wednesday from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. A copy of the notice is attached hereof for members’ perusal and attention.
As numbers of available appointments slots are limited, members are therefore advised to adhere to the requirement stated by PTG Johor which is to submit folders which are ONLY complete and ready for presentation at the counters.
