The Committee had come to know about the implementation of the QMS system on 17th September 2023. Feedbacks were gathered and received from members. Following our requests, the Committee had the opportunity to meet the Registration Department of Pejabat Tanah dan Galian Johor (PTG) on 11th October 2023.
At the meeting the Committee had expressed our views on the QMS system and shared the concerns and feedback received from members. The PTG officers had explained further about the operations of the system and the reasons for its implementation. The Committee had also expressed our concern on several features of the system such as the limited transactions per person, delay, frequent system breakdown and connection issues amongst others. This was followed by our own proposals to address the concerns expressed by members and so as to enhance the system. PTG has said that they will take into account members concerns and consider our proposals to the system. Following the Committee’s request, PTG has also agreed to conduct a briefing on the said system for members soon. Members will be informed of the details of the briefing soon.
