Members are reminded that the deadline for law firms to submit the DCR 2022 is 30th November 2022. The submission of DCR is compulsory for all law firms. No extension will be granted by Bank Negara Malaysia.
Law firms (as Reporting Institutions) can only submit the DCR 2022 after notifying Bank Negara Malaysia on the appointment of the law firm’s Compliance Officer (CO). It is mandatory for all law firms to appoint a CO and notify BNM on the appointment. Members are strongly urged to do the necessary and comply with the deadline 30th November 2022.
