Kindly be informed that commencing from 27.11.2022, there will be a change in the management of cases before the Sessions Courts in Johor Bahru. The Committee has been informed by the Court as follows:
- As Sessions Court Civil 2 Judge Puan Fazillah Begum Binti Abdul Ghani will be retiring on 8.2.2023, commencing from 21.11.2022 Puan Fazillah Begum will be hearing only her part heard cases. All other matters from Sessions Court Civil 2 including mentions, hearings and applications will be called before Sessions Court Civil 1 until the expected arrival of a new Sessions Judge on 1.12.2022. Cases from Sessions Court Civil 2 fixed for hearing (afresh) during this period will be given another date.
