The following updates were received concerning Court operations in Johor.
BATU PAHAT SUBORDINATE COURTS [from 8 Aug 2021 to 21 Aug 2021)
The Duty Schedule for the Magistrates and the lower court staff, including the conduct of proceedings at the Batu Pahat Subordinate Courts are provided in the letter dated 5th Aug 2021 issued by Tuan Azman bin Mustapha, Judge of the Batu Pahat Subordinate Courts.
JOHOR BAHRU HIGH COURT FORECLOSURE PROCEEDINGS (CODE 38) [from 8 August 2021 to 20 August 2021]
All hearings, case managements and manual auctions are rescheduled per letter dated 4th Aug 2021 from Tuan Mohd Farid Nazzrin bin Ahmad, Senior Assistant Registrar High Court Johor Bahru.
