The Committee was informed by members on 10.9.2023 that the Pejabat Tanah dan Galian Johor (PTG) had issued a notice announcing the launch of QMS System for presentation numbers at PTG on 17.9.2023. The said notice is attached here.
Kindly be informed that the Committee had not been informed nor consulted for its views by PTG on this System. The Committee had written to PTG on the same day requesting for an urgent meeting to discuss pertinent issues in respect of this new System including the difficulties faced by members. There has been no response from PTG to this date on our request and concerns. The Committee has also approached the relevant PTG officers for answers on our concerns. Regretfully to date we have yet to receive any answers from PTG. The Committee will continue to contact and seek PTG’s response on our concerns.
In the meanwhile, we are now seeking members feedback on the new system and would appreciate if members could forward their feedback and/or suggestions via this link https://forms.gle/FnZBaVBYd1af2jRM7 on or before 30 September 2023 so that the Committee could compile the feedback/issues raised by members and bring the same to PTG’s attention.
