We are pleased to inform you that a VIRTUAL FORUM ON COURT MATTERS will be held on Wednesday, 20th September 2023 at 3:00 p.m. to address issues and difficulties faced by members in the courts located in northern Johor namely Segamat, Muar, Batu Pahat, Kluang and Yong Peng.
We assure you that the issues that you raise would be taken up with the relevant authorities for their consideration and resolution. Such issues will be presented during a dialogue with the Court on 24th September 2023 (2:30 pm) as that of the Johore Bar and not that of the individual or firm.
Issues raised, as a result of forums such as this, have been effectively addressed in the past. We urge you to take this opportunity and share your concerns. It is only with your cooperation and on your feedback that we can act to assist in resolving problems and difficulties faced, as a united Bar.
