This Webinar will deal with the Introduction of the Syariah Criminal Laws and its implementation in Malaysia, which will cover:-
- Various different offences and punishment under the Syariah Criminal Laws;
- Introduction to the Syariah Criminal Offences Enactment (Enakmen Kesalahan Jenayah Syariah Johor 1997)

About the Speaker
Tuan Hafiz Roslan practices as a Syariah Lawyer and is the current Managing Partner of Messrs Nur Hafiz Associates. He is qualified to practice in the states of Johor, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan and Wilayah Persekutuan. Tuan Hafiz graduated with a Bachelor of Syariah and Law from University Malaya in 2008 and thereafter obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Syariah Law and Practice from the MARA University of Technology. Additionally, Tuan Hafiz is a certified Mediator.

Once you provide the Secretariat with the above details and the proof of payment, you will receive an email with the registration link for the Webinar. Participants will also receive slides (if any – with the permission of the speaker) subsequent to the Webinar by way of email.
CPD points will be given upon completion of the whole session to participants who have attended until the end of the event based on the online report of ‘logged-in’ duration.
