Pursuant to our Circular No. 38/2021, members are to take notice that Pejabat Tanah dan Galian Johor (PTG) and all Pejabat Tanah Daerah (PTD) in Johor will continue to be closed during the extension of the Total Lockdown Period from 15th June 2021 to 28th June 2021.
Please be advised that PTG will give an automatic one (1) month’s extension to all consent to transfer from the date of cessation of the Total Lockdown period. Members are further advised that any appeal for late penalty fees for registration of dealings may be done through the appeal form to be obtained at PTG’s counters.
Copies of the notices are hereby attached for member’s perusal and attention.
