About the Speaker
DATO’ HAJI FARIZ IRWAN BIN DATO’ HAJI MUSTAFA is a highly accomplished practicing lawyer complemented with 23 years of experience in legal field specifically in the area of Conveyan-
cing, General Litigation and also in charge of Business Development Department. He is also admitted as a Syarie Lawyer of Terengganu Darul Iman. He has been serving as the President of the Tribunal For Housing & Strata Management under the Ministry of Housing & Local Government since 2019. Aside from being an experienced legal practitioner, he is admitted and enrolled as both a Commissioner for Oaths and a Notary Public. His proven and practical experiences in providing counsel in both government and private corporations contributed to a lifelong relationship with the Clients. His broad legal background led to the appointment as a member of various associations in Malaysia such as one of the members of Legal Aid Centre, Terengganu Bar Committee and Yayasan Bantuan Guaman Kebangsaan (YBGK), Panel in Disciplinary Hearing Board of Malaysia Bar Council, State Committee of Shariah Lawyers Association Malaysia, State Committee of Muslim Lawyers Association Malaysia, Associate Members of Muslim Real Estates Agents/ Negotiators Malaysia and Supreme Council Board of Persatuan Guaman Hartanah Malaysia (HartaGuam). Besides this, he is involved in pro-bono works and has an opportunity to settle disputes which involve Malaysian citizens.
