We have been informed on 31 July 2022 that effective from 1 August 2022, the Special Immigration (PATI) Court (now in Pekan Nenas) will be operating from the Pontian Court Building. This is because the current court building in Pekan Nenas is no longer available. Members who handle PATI and immigration related matters are therefore advised to proceed to the Pontian Court Building accordingly from 1 August 2022 onwards until further notice.
