The Continuing Professional Developmet Sub-Committee of the Johore Bar in collaboration with the Bar Council is organizing a Workshop on E-Payment.

Admission is free but advance registration is required.
This seminar is open to Members of the Bar, pupil in chambers and law firm staffs.
The workshop is to promote e-payment to Members of the Bar and to create awareness on the available e-payment services relating to the legal industry.
There will be exhibition booths set up by financial institutions and government agencies at the workshop.

Objectives: To create awareness on e-payment and its benefits, educate participants on e-payment services offered by the banks and promote secure e-payment services Areas to be covered:
– Fraud trends in Malaysia and worldwide – The evolution of security features in Malaysia and other initiatives undertaken in promoting awareness of safe practices – Innovations in fraud and data security
