The Corporate & Conveyancing Sub-Committee (CCSC) has been informed by LHDN Johor that a state-level briefing on the implementation of the Self-Assessment System (STS) for Real Property Gains Tax (RPGT) is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 30 July 2025, via an online platform. Further details will be shared with members once confirmation and additional information are received from LHDN Johor.
In the meantime, members are invited to submit any issues, feedback, complaints and/or suggestions relating to the implementation of STS for RPGT via the following link: https://forms.gle/bRgQEV6fTVEykJiE9 on or before Thursday, 10 July 2025.
Your input will enable the CCSC to compile and forward a collective representation to LHDN Johor in preparation for the upcoming briefing.
