The JBC has received notifications from Pejabat Tanah Pontian that the Land Office shall be temporarily closed from 23rd May 2021 until 26th May 2021 for cleansing and sanitization.
Members are advised to take note of the updates received concerning the operation of the said Land Office. A copy of the notice is attached for your reference and information.
In the meantime, JBC was also informed today that the Pejabat Tanah Kulai’s system is still broken down and not functioning since last month. On 18th May 2021 JBC has written to PTG stating our concern over the issue and for them to take positive measure to resolve the issue. To date we have yet to receive any reply from PTG on the said issue. In the premises members having matters in Pejabat Tanah Kulai are advised to email them at ptkulaijaya@johor.gov.my
