By our letter dated 25th October 2021 to Jabatan Ketua Pengarah Tanah dan Galian (JKPTG), all issues raised by our members in response to JBC Circular No. 89/2021 were forwarded to JKPTG for their consideration. These were thereafter referred by JKPTG to the Director of JKPTG Johor and Unit Pembahagian Harta Pesaka Johor (UPHP Johor).
Consequently, a meeting was conducted between JBC and the Director of JKPTG Johor as well as the officers of UPHP on the 30th November 2021. Following said meeting, certain measures have been agreed upon to be taken by JKPTG and UPHP Johor to solve the issues raised by JBC.
We are pleased to enclose the feedback of the meeting as approved by JBC and JKPTG Johor on 21st January 2022 for your reference and information.
