Please be informed that pursuant to the amendments to the Real Property Gains Tax Act 1976 under the Finance Act 2021 (Act 833), new forms for the submission of Real Property Gain Tax for the year 2022 have been issued by Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN).
