The Malaysian Bar’s International Malaysia Law Conference 2023 (“IMLC”) will take place between 10th – 13th July 2023 at the Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. The theme of the Conference is ‘Navigating the Present, Exploring the Future’. Further information on the Conference programme maybe seen at Circular No. 114/2023 and at https://www.imlc.com.my
Kindly be informed that the Johore Bar Committee will sponsor five (5) members of the Johore Bar to participate in the Conference. The Committee will pay the Conference registration fee for the five (5) participants. All other expenses such as for travelling and accommodation would have to be borne by the participants.
We welcome all members of the Johore Bar, especially younger members, to apply. Applicants will have to undergo an interview process before the five participants are chosen by the Committee. The successful participants will also be required to submit a report to the Committee upon completion of the Conference.
