About the Speaker
Mr. Ravi Nekoo was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1995. He obtained his Masters in Laws and Masters in Criminal Justice in 2002 at the University Malaya. He was further admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court of Australia as a Barrister and Solicitor. Mr Nekoo is primarily a civil litigation lawyer who has appeared at all levels of the court. He has also authored several books, the latest being Malaysian Civil Procedure and Practice published by Current Law Journal and has been a tutor for students sitting for the CLP examination for many years. He is also known for his training skills; being a trainer of the ATC and is an active member of the Malaysian Bar.

Once you provide the Secretariat with the above details and the proof of payment, you will receive an email with the registration link for the Webinar. Participants will also receive slides (if any – with the permission of the speaker) subsequent to the Webinar by way of email.
CPD points will be given upon completion of the whole session to participants who have attended until the end of the event based on the online report of ‘logged-in’ duration.
