We are notified by Pejabat Tanah and Galian Johor (PTG Johor) yesterday evening that the google link system for application for appointments for dealings shall resume today 24th August 2021 and accessible from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. The maximum limit of appointments is 15 folders only per firm. Those firms which are successful in their applications shall be given appointments from 25th August 2021 to 2nd September 2021. A copy of the notice is attached hereof for members’ perusal and attention.
As stated in our Circular No. 72/2021 members are strongly advised to adhere to the requirement stated by PTG Johor and exercise due care and diligence while submitting for appointments in the google link ONLY for folders which are complete and ready for presentation at the counters. An error or non-compliance of PTG’s requirement could result in another firm being deprived of appointments. Please be reminded that the available slots are very limited (as only 200 folders per day are allocated for members) during MCO therefore it is crucial that only accurate data is be submitted to PTG by the members.
