This webinar, with reference to case studies, will explore the latest strategies, arguments and evidence that would be relevant in obtaining, amongst others, the following injunctions:-
(1) Prohibitory Injunction;
(2) Mandatory Injunction;
(3) Mareva Injunction; and
(4) Injunction against “Persons Unknown”.
Among the issues to be addressed are:-
(1) What arguments on the merits are most likely to succeed or fail?
(2) The recent developments in obtaining injunction.
(3) The procedures for applying for an injunction.
(4) What to do if you are served with an injunction?

About the Speakers
Sudharsanan Thillainathan is a Partner in the firm of Messrs Steven Thiru & Sudhar Partnership. His main practice areas are Civil and Corporate Disputes, Construction Disputes and Tax Disputes.
Nadeem Rafiq is a senior associate at Messrs. Steven Thiru & Sudhar Partnership. Nadeem’s practice is focused on disputes over varying industries and bodies, including oil and gas, utilities, industrial manufacturers, institutes of education, construction and development, insurance and reinsurance, regulatory bodies and recreational clubs.”
