This morning, Johore Bar Committee (JBC) was informed by Pejabat Tanah and Galian Johor (PTG Johor) of the outcome of the exercise conducted on the 5th of August 2021. There were 347 applications received from members totaling of 4194 folders altogether. It was reported that there were 56 firms which applied more than once (2-8 times), 48 firms which applied more than 15 folders (which is the maximum folders per firm) and 3 firms which applied for non-dealings transaction. In the premises members are advised to fill up accurate details in the google form as per PTG’s requirement as stated in our Circular No. 67/2021 and their notice as attached hereof.
Please be further advised that all successful applicants shall be notified through their email by PTG for the date of their appointments which will commence from 8th August 2021 onward. We were further informed by PTG that the google link for the appointment will only resume on 25th August 2021 or as may be revised from time to time in accordance with any new SOP imposed by the Government.
Members will be informed of any further development of the matter.
