We are pleased to announce that the Social, Charity & Member’s Welfare Sub-Committee together with the Professional Development & Education Sub-Committees is organizing a webinar on the Getting Started! Series entitled ‘Conveyancing In A Competitive Climate (this program is part of a module taken from the Bar Council Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII) Committee’s flagship).
This Webinar will provide you with the skills to get a grasp on the Conveyancing process, help you be aware of the risks that may crop up in conveyancing, and how you can avoid any complications in the form of claims and complaints.

About the Speaker
Dato’ Low Beng Choo holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from University of Malaya (1982) and a Master of Science in Information Technology from Staffordshire University, United Kingdom (2006). She was admitted and enrolled as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 29 January 1983, and has since gained over 40 years of experience in law practice. She is currently a consultant in a legal firm in Kuala Lumpur. She is also a registered Mediator of the Malaysian Bar Council Mediation Centre and a Notary Public. She served as an elected member of Malaysia Bar Council (1996 to March 2016) and as Chair and member of various committees of the Bar Council and is currently still a member of Conveyancing Practice Committee.
