Our Circular No. 28/2023 on the above matter refers. The Chief Assistant Director Bahagian Hasil, Pejabat Tanah dan Galian Johor (PTG) had informed the Committee of the following further update with regards to EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) system:
- Please be reminded that members may make the EFT payment for any dealing or transaction at any time before the presentation for registration of the file. However once payment is made successfully, the file MUST be registered with PTG in the same month that the payment is made. If the registration is not made within that particular month, members will have to ask for a refund by filling up the form available at the Refund Counter, Bahagian Hasil PTG as such payment could not be used for registration in the following month. Therefore, members are advised to ensure that their file is in order before effecting any EFT payment to avoid such circumstances.
- Excess payment for any transaction may be claimed at the Refund Counter at Bahagian Hasil, PTG by filling up the Form as attached here.
- Members are now required to produce the EFT payment slip at Bahagian Hasil, PTG’s counters to be endorsed at any time before registration of the files.
- In respect of levy payment, the EFT payment slip must be submitted together with the letter of approval or any other relevant documents to PTG counters for issuance of official receipt before the expiry of 30 days from the date of issuance of such letter of approval.
