In conjunction with World Human Rights Day, the Johore Bar Human Rights Sub Committee is organizing a forum where three eminent speakers will speak on the following topics:
a) Starting a New Life;
b) Government Policy and Regulations in handling domestic violence issues; and
c) Making laws work to end domestic violence.
The invited speakers include:
(1) Pn. Nor Fadilah Binti Mohamed Nizar, President and Founder of JEIWA;
(2) Tn. Mohamad Ali Taib, Pengarah Jabatan Pembangunan Wanita Negeri Johor; and
(3) Ms. Melissa Mohd Akhir, Women’s Aid Organisation (WAO).
