This webinar shall be by way of a live talk session which will look into differences concept of law of gift both in Islamic law and law of contract in Malaysia. The talk also will focus legal and syariah requirements in Hibah as compare to Deed of Gift under the Contract Act 1950.

About the Speaker
Puan Hjh Napisah Binti Narikkodan Mammoo graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from the International Islamic University Malaya (“IIUM”) in 1997, and was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1998. She started her legal practice with Messrs JS Pillay & Mohd Haziq in 1999, joining Messr Adi Radlan & Co in 2000, doing Civil Litigation and Conveyancing. Thereafter she practised with Messrs SI Chee & Wong as a Legal Assistant for 5 years before joining Messr Hafez & Partners, where she made partner until now. Apart from having 19 years experience in Conveyancing and Litigation, she is also a licensed Syarie counsel, in active practice in Johor, with 16 years of experience in various Syariah matters. In addition, she has been a Certified Mediator Accord Group Australia since 2014.
