About the Speaker
Mohd Fazaly Ali Bin Mohd Ghazaly is the Partner of The Law Chambers of Fazaly Ali, with practice focused primarily on criminal litigation and civil litigation.
An experienced legal practitioner with extensive experience in criminal and civil litigation, legal advisory services, and regulatory compliance. The speaker has initiated criminal prosecutions as DPP in Putrajaya, Johor and MACC, Putrajaya. He has served as Magistrate and Deputy Registrar. He is a member of Malaysian Bar Criminal Law Committee and Johore Bar Court Liaison Sub Committee.
Numbers of his cases conducted are reported in legal journal.
In addition to legal practice, he has served as a part-time lecturer at several higher education institutions, teaching subjects including Business Law, Criminal Law, and Criminal Procedure.
Members and pupils are encouraged to attend this seminar, which is designed specifically for criminal practitioners.
