Kindly be informed that the Bar Council will be meeting the Rt. Hon. Chief Justice of Malaysia on 6th January 2014 to discuss issues and problems faced by members of the Bar in Court. A number of very serious issues pertaining to the courts were raised and discussed at the recent meetings of the Bar Council, and this meeting with the Chief Justice has been called specifically to deal with those issues.
In order to obtain the necessary input and feedback from members before meeting the Chief Justice, we are proposing to hold a FORUM ON COURT MATTERS,
