The Continuing Professional Development Sub-Committee of the Johore Bar is organizing a seminar on GOODS AND SERVICES TAX, TAX AUDIT AND INVESTIGATION.

Particulars of the Seminar are as follows:

About the Speaker

Datuk Harjit Singh Sidhu has more than 25 years of working experience in the field of Taxation, mainly in the area of Corporate Advisory, Compliance, Tax Audit and Investigation. He is also a regular speaker on taxation, tax advisory, planning, and audit investigation. Currently, Datuk Harjit is one of the council member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM).

Datuk Harjit is extensively involved in GST seminar and implementation for GLC, public company and SME. He is also the President and Trustee of The Malaysian Sikh Professional and Business Trust.

Datuk Harjit holds a Bachelor of Economic and Masters in Business Administration from Cardiff Metropolitan University Wales. He is also an Associate Member of The Chartered Tax Institute Malaysia. Datuk Harjit Singh is also a License Tax Agent with the Ministry of Finance. Attended Customs Course on GST and obtain the Customs Certificate of Attendance.

Seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis for 90 registered participants. Kindly book your seats early by completing the enclosed Registration Form and returning it together the requisite payment to the Johore Bar Secretariat not later than Monday, 22nd September 2014.
