This webinar shall be by way of a live dialogue session which intends to provide a platform for members of the Bar to be introduced to the proposed amendments to the rules, its possible impact on practitioners, and the practical challenges that it may bring.

About the Speakers
Shahareen Begum is the Chairman of the Johore Bar Committee and has served as a member of the Committee for almost 10 years. She currently practices at Messrs Shahareen Begum and has 30 years experience at the Bar.
R Jayabalan is a former Chairperson of the Johore Bar Committee and the current Chairperson of the Bar Council Small Firms Practice Committee. He currently practices at Messrs R. Jayabalan and has over 20 years experience at the Bar.
Santhi Balachandran is the current Johore Bar Representative to the Bar Council and the current Chairperson of the Bar Council Child Rights Committee. She currently practices at Messrs Lee & Tengku Azrina and has over 20 years experience at the Bar.
Fadhil Ihsan will serve as Moderator.
CPD points will be given upon completion of the whole session to participants who have attended until the end of the event.
