(c) parties who may commence such applications, among others

About the Speakers
Syahredzan Johan is an active litigator and specializes in public interest litigation relating to human rights and constitutional law. He has served in various capacities, in the Bar Council and Kuala Lumpur Bar. Syahredzan often contributes articles to various Malaysian newspapers and in 2018 was named Prestige Malaysia’s 40 under 40.
Fadhil Ihsan will serve as Moderator.
CPD points will be given upon completion of the whole session to participants who have attended until the end of the event.
