Synopsis of the talk –

About the Speaker :

Trevor Jason Mark Padasian was admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Victoria, Australia, in 1991 and to the Malaysian Bar in 1993. He commenced his legal practice with Skrine in 1993 and is a partner of the Dispute Resolution Division of the firm.

Trevor has more than 19 years experience in General Litigation, particularly in the areas of Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Defamation and has given bankruptcy talks to various corporate bodies and institutions and on behalf of the Bar Council. He continues to be engaged in trials in the subordinate and High Courts and appellate work in the Court of Appeal and Federal Court.
