Please be informed that Pejabat Tanah dan Galian Johor (PTG) has notified Johore Bar Committee (JBC) that the SHJT V2.0, JOHORPAY and SPTB systems will be closed for operation from 26th December 2023 until 31st December 2023. Circular No. 89/2023: Exemption of Registration Fee For Memorandum of Transfer in Relation to Order of Hibah to Immediate Family

Pejabat Tanah dan Galian Johor (PTG) notified Johore Bar Committee (JBC) recently that with immediate effect any transfer registered in relation to an Hibah Order issued by the Mahkamah Tinggi Syariah in favour of an immediate family shall be exempted from any registration fee.
