The Committee may consider organizing another session later

The Rules of Court 2012 are now in force. As the Rules are not available widely in the market yet for purchase, members have complained of difficulty in getting their copy. Thus to assist members on this, the JBC has made arrangement with Malaysian Current Law Journal (MCLJ) to make the Rules available for members

Please be informed that JBC has made arrangement with MLJ (Lexis Nexis) to make the Rules made available for members. Members may purchase the English version of the Court Rules from the Johore Bar Secretariat from Friday 17th August 2012 at the cost of RM 72.00 per copy.
