On the 8th of April 2021 the Johore Bar Committee (JBC) was informed by Pejabat Tanah Dan Galian Johor (PTG) that with immediate effect there shall be no automatic incentive for penalty for late presentation of memorandums of dealings which expire during the enforcement of Movement Restriction Order (MCO).
Members with presentations expiring during the MCO are advised to immediately submit the Appeal Form which is obtainable at the presentation counters, for PTG’s consideration.
PTG also informed JBC that PTG will no longer give an automatic one-month extension for any letter of consent issued for dealings in respect of transfers, charges or leases which expire during MCO.

Pentadbiran Tanah Johor memaklumkan bahawa tiada lagi insentif denda lewat secara automatik bagi perserahan yang tamat semasa tempoh PKP dikuatkuasakan.
Sebarang rayuan perlu dipohon dengan mengisi Borang Rayuan bagi pertimbangan Pentadbiran ini.
Selain itu, tiada lagi perlanjutan tempoh 1 bulan bagi sebarang surat kebenaran secara automatik bagi pindahmilik, gadaian mahupun pajakan yang tamat semasa tempoh PKP di kuatkuasakan.
