The Johore Bar Outreach, Charity & Women Empowerment Sub-Committee is pleased to invite junior members of the Johore Bar to participate as Mentees in the Johore Bar Legal Mentorship Programme.
The programme provides young lawyers with an opportunity to connect with experienced members of the Bar and benefit from their practical knowledge, professional experience and guidance. It is intended to support junior practitioners in navigating the early years of practice, developing their professional skills and gaining perspectives beyond formal legal training.
Eligibility
The programme is open to members who are within their first one (1) to three (3) years of legal practice.
Mentees will have the opportunity to engage with mentors on areas including legal practice and advocacy, professional development, practice management, client management, professional conduct and career progression.
Members interested in participating as a mentee are kindly invited to complete the Google Form – https://forms.gle/kzH8SrhGy36RuFcZ6 by 13 September 2026.

Mentor and mentee matching will, where possible, take into consideration the member’s area of practice, professional interests and career development goals.
We encourage our junior members to take advantage of this opportunity to learn from the experience of senior members of the Johore Bar and to build meaningful professional connections within the Bar.
