It is with great sadness that we record that Tho Kam Chew, who was formerly a Sole Proprietor at Messrs K C Tho & Partners in Johor Bahru passed away on 18 Aug 2026.
Tho Kam Chew was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1990.
