- Please be informed that the Johor Land Administration has launched Phase 2 of its online official search system for strata titles, effective 12 December 2025.
These searches can now be conducted electronically via the Johor eStrata Portal at:
https://eperserahan.johor.gov.my/site/index

2. Please be advised that the Pejabat Tanah dan Galian (PTG) Johor has announced a new service standard for Private Search applications.
All applications will now be processed and the results obtained within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
