We have been informed by the Pengarah that, commencing from 01.10.2025, there will be a change in the management of civil cases before the Sessions Courts in Johor Bahru. Please refer to the Court’s letter dated 29.9.2025 attached here.
All civil cases registered in 2024 and 2025 will be transferred in stages, while cases with continued trial status will continue to be heard before the respective sessions court judges.
