- Guide to preparing for hearing of interlocutory applications.
- Guide to conduct interlocutory applications in court.
- Recent development of case laws in respect of interlocutory applications.

About the Speaker
ANITA VIJAYA RAJAH was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 1998. She has been passionate in litigation since her commencement in practice. She is active in both civil and criminal litigation. She has successfully dealt with litigations involving land disputes, injunctions, corporate litigation, matrimonial disputes and numerous criminal litigation which had involved the death penalty cases. She is a senior associate with Messrs Gan & Zul since 2009. She takes pride in drafting cause papers in complicated litigation matters.
