Kindly be informed that the E-Filing System (“EFS”) is currently experiencing downtime. During this disruption, online filing of court documents cannot be carried out. We are informed that the Courts are taking steps to restore the system and, in the interim, to facilitate manual filing where necessary.
We have further been informed that the Courts will be issuing an official notice in due course. The said official notice will be disseminated to members as soon as it is received.
Members may be aware that certain guidelines for manual filing of documents have been informally circulated via WhatsApp and social media platforms. We are informed that these guidelines are tentative in nature and do not constitute official directions or guidelines implemented by the Courts.
