About the Speaker
Jayaprakash Jayadevan is a Senior Law Lecturer in the School of Business and Accountancy of Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore. He also holds the appointment of Legal Counsel of Ngee Ann Polytechnic. He is an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya (Non-practising). Before joining academia in 2012, Jayaprakash was in legal practice for 14 years as a partner in a law firm specialising in property, banking, and commercial law in Johor Bahru. Currently, he is an accredited Mediator with the Ministry of Law, Singapore, and a certified Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (Training & Assessment) (ACTA)-certified trainer. He has been conducting Continuing Education & Training (CET) courses in IP Law & Data Protection for over 7 years.

Once you provide the Secretariat with the above details and the proof of payment, you will receive an email with the registration link for the Webinar. Participants will also receive slides (if any – with the permission of the speaker) subsequent to the Webinar by way of email.
CPD points will be given upon completion of the whole session to participants who have attended until the end of the event and filled up the Attendance Form successfully.
