About the Speaker
Richard Wee Thiam Seng was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1999. He has 20 years of experience in the legal industry and his practice areas are sports and e-sports law, company & contract work, employment matters and trust law. He holds a certificate in Strategic Conflict Management for Professionals awarded by the Singapore Mediation Centre (2011), a certificate of attendance for the Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre workshop (2014) awarded by the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (now known as the Asian International Arbitration Centre, “AIAC”), and a certificate from the Southeast Asia Regional Anti-Doping Organization (“SEARADO”) (2018) for Result Management for Anti-Doping.
In 2019, he was appointed by Football Association Malaysia to National Dispute Resolution Chambers of FIFA. He sits at the Appeal level.
The course is limited to 250 participants only on the Crowdcast Platform BUT will be simultaneously live streamed to the Johore Bar Facebook page.

- Name of participant(s) and the corresponding Membership Number/Petition Number;
- Name of legal firm; and
- Email address of each participant.
Once you provide the Secretariat with the above details, you will receive an email with the registration link for the Webinar. Participants will also receive slides (if any) subsequent to the Webinar by way of email.
CPD points will be given upon completion of the whole session to participants who have attended until the end of the event and filled up the Attendance Form successfully.
